We may also contact you regarding any orders you have placed through our online store.
We will NOT sell, trade, rent or loan this information to any third party or firms.
On occasion, we may email you information about our products, special sales and/or site functions or changes. You may opt out of these mailings by replying with the subject: REMOVE. Our newsletters have an unsubscribe option, and anyone requesting to be removed will immediately be taken off our mailing list.
Security Policy
All financial information given to us during checkout, such as name and/or company name, credit card number and expiration date, billing and shipping address, email and/or telephone number is used solely for that intended purchase only. The purpose of collecting this information is to verify identity and to bill either you or your company for the purchase indicated.
In order to ensure our customers are fully protected, OKOTO does NOT store your credit card information, at any time. Your personal and financial information is further protected from unauthorized use through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
Return Policy
If you aren’t insanely happy with your order, we’ll be happy to exchange or return it for you. We just ask that you do so within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please be sure the items are in their original state … unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached. We’re sorry to say, we cannot do a refund or exchange for any item deemed worn or damaged.
So, if you thought you loved it, wore it, but then decided you wanted to send it back, keep it instead. Stuff it with socks (you know, the loose ones you can never find the match to) and make a pillow, or put it on your dog, maybe even use it as a dishtowel. ‘Cause if you send it to us, that’s what we’d do … but then you’d be out the cost of the tee.
But, if you didn’t wear it, walk on it, put it out in the rain … then stick it in a safe warm package, and ship it back to us. Include a note and tell us why you weren’t happy. You can also email us at sales@liveyourokoto.com to give us a heads up on whether you’d like to return or exchange it.
Shipping fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend shipping the items in a way you can track them, so we can be sure they don’t run away to a beautiful place for vagabond tees.
Anything purchased at sale price may be returned for store credit only.
Free items with purchase must be included in the return (when applicable - this does not include the envelope of stickers and flyers) if not, we will deduct the amount of the free item from your refund. If the return is part of a buy one get one deal, you will be refunded for the item of lesser value.
Clearance items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will refund your purchase to the credit card the original order was placed, within 3-5 business days of receiving.
